Description: Transcript designations, trial briefs and witness testimony are top of mind for case teams when thinking about preparing for hearings or trial. However, there are other less obvious, yet no less critical, aspects of trial prep that must be addressed.

In this 60-minute webinar, practitioners will hear about the substantive and logistical considerations they should undertake to prepare properly and avoid simple pitfalls they may encounter as they move toward opening statements.

Jennifer W. Freeman is a former litigator and legal technology expert. From helping to define a new market segment at Kroll when e-discovery was new, to building a managed services practice at FTI, to leading a team of corporate sellers at Relativity, Jen has spent the past twenty years in visible and impactful roles at the best-known brands in the Legal Tech space. She brings a rich skill set and deep industry appreciation to her role at Transpire. As Chief Revenue Officer, Jen’s team is committed to demonstrating how Transpire is transformational for legal and consulting organizations and delivering best in class software to prepare and present evidence when and where it matters most.

Bob Rivas is a veteran in the legal technology industry for both law firms and legal service providers.  With over two decades of deploying and supporting technology for trial teams at Aquipt, Bob has focused on delivering mission critical infrastructure for some of the largest litigation events nationally and abroad.

Bob has helped develop processes and people to meet the unpredictable and ever-changing demands of Aquipt’s litigation clients (98% of the Am Law 100).  By leveraging the latest advances in private cloud infrastructure services, Bob has designed platforms to help clients centrally manage doc review projects anywhere in the world.  He consults with law firms, vendors and software providers to deliver e-discovery infrastructure as a service, called MatterPoint.

Bob is a US Navy veteran, University of Miami alumni and proud to have earned his ACEDS certification.

Peter Moore has been the President and CTO of Transpire, the cutting-edge cloud-based trial support platform used around the world, since founding the company in 2015.

Prior to starting Transpire, Peter spent over 10 years as a litigation attorney in Chicago, where he practiced intellectual property and commercial litigation, including trying two cases to verdict, and preparing countless more for trial. Over the course of his practice, and having been originally trained as a software developer before law school, Peter realized that the dearth of innovation in the trial support space (as contrasted to e-discovery) presented an irresistible opportunity to synthesize his two passions – technology and law.
