Terry Lloyd, Managing Director, has been handling complex valuation assignments for over 30 years. His practice includes assignments engagements involving taxes, disputes, and transactions. He has been qualified as an expert in federal and state courts, arbitration forums, as well as the International Court of Arbitration, and has testified for and against the IRS. His work has taken him across the United States, Europe, the Caribbean, and Latin America. He has been published widely, including portions of a law school textbook, and has guest lectured at law schools and graduate business schools. He also has trained lawyers, accountants, financial analysts, and judges on a variety of topics in accounting, finance, and valuation.

Grayson "Trey" Marshall III is a pragmatic, experienced, creative and skilled advocate who takes great pride in working to get the right result for his clients.

Trey’s litigation practice focuses on complex commercial, technology and real estate litigation in both state and federal court. His sound judgement allows him to advise clients on when to settle a case, knowing how to garner the best settlement posture for his client, while also providing him the insight to forego settlement and take a case to trial when necessary.

A trial lawyer through and through, Trey began his legal career at the California Attorney General’s office, managing his own cases, arguing motions and writing briefs on his own from the very beginning. He has handled dozens of cases from inception through their resolution, including a federal jury trial just one year out of law school. With the odds against Trey, who was trying the case against opposing counsel with an undefeated trial record, he was able to secure a defense verdict.
