Description: Ropes & Gray business restructuring partner Ryan Dahl will discuss the proposed “Stop Wall Street Looting Act of 2021,” sponsored by Sen. Elizabeth Warren (Mass.), among others, which seeks to make financial sponsors directly liable for the debt and obligations of the portfolio companies that they control.
