Description: The first part of the afternoon will concentrate on Lloyd’s of London itself- what is it, how does it work. how the new claims’ process is playing out and the coverage issues that Lloyd’s is increasingly dealing with.
The second part of the afternoon will discuss the practical ways that Lloyd’s and its participants are addressing disputes and the differences between arbitration, litigation and other forms of ADR which Lloyd’s is embracing.
