This letter asks recipients to deliver, in advance, over 60 cyber-related items. This seminar will help lawyers advise their clients who are seeking to understand if their client is prepared to fulfill such an in-depth request. The panelists will provide insights to lawyers who are advising clients on how to respond to the cyber sweep letter, and will review the regulatory landscape surrounding this and related topics.
