After a nearly 20-year career leading the Poison Control Center at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, which included consulting on toxicology cases from 21 counties in Pennsylvania and Delaware, Dr. Muller is presently an independent consultant specializing in providing expert witness testimony on cases involving medications, street drugs, alcohol, chemicals, and environmental toxins. Jason Rubin serves as Chief Operating Officer and has been representing our clients in civil litigation lawsuits since 1996.

Jason concentrates his practice on ADR, products liability, and toxic torts and has managed the firm’s well-regarded mass tort department for over two decades. Jason represents clients in their toxic tort matters filed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York and has tried several cases to favorable verdicts for his clients. The vast majority of toxic tort cases he has defended have been dismissed without any settlement payment by his clients. He also handles plaintiff personal injury, general liability, employment law, and cybersecurity defense matters. Thomson Reuters has selected him as a Super Lawyer every year from 2016 to the present.

Jason devotes a significant portion of his practice to mediation, arbitration, and pro bono activities and is proud to be on the Philadelphia Court’s Honor Roll for his pro bono service. Jason devotes several weeks each year to volunteer legal work, including serving as a Judge Pro Tem and a Philadelphia Bar Association Fee Dispute Mediator and Arbitrator. Jason also handles pro bono matters for the Support Center for Child Advocates and the Volunteers for the Indigent Program. In addition, he has mediated over 100 landlord-tenant cases in Philadelphia’s successful post-Covid Eviction Diversion Program, where he has helped several dozen parties come to agreements that resulted in tenants staying in their homes.

Before his career at GMR, Jason clerked for the Honorable G. Craig Lord in the Civil Trial Division of the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia. Jason is also a certified arbitrator for the 1st Judicial District of Pennsylvania, where he regularly sits as an arbitrator. Additionally, he has completed a mediation certificate program with the Good Shepherd Mediation Program and uses these skills for his volunteer mediation work and mediating personal injury cases.

Jason lives in Philadelphia with his wife and two daughters. He serves as Co-President of The Friends of Cianfrani Park and volunteers with the Bella Vista Neighbors Association. In addition, Jason is a Pennsylvania Horticultural Society Member and Certified Tree Tender.
