Dr. Sharon Meit Abrahams is a coach/presenter/law firm advisor with over 25 years of experience in business coaching for attorneys and executing high impact programs for law firms. She has created and implemented firm wide initiatives that help attorneys maximize their productivity while maintaining engagement. When individuals produce, a firm increases its profitability. As a talent development leader, she has handled every aspect of an attorney’s firm life from onboarding and integration, through mentoring and training to succession planning and exit interviews.
 
Dr. Abrahams has published three books with the American Bar Association and regularly publishes articles for Thomson Reuters and American Legal Media.   Known for engaging and educational programs, Dr. Abrahams is a sought-after keynote speaker, program facilitator and law firm advisor.

Porpoise Evans is a partner in the Firm’s Labor & Employment and Litigation Divisions. His practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in connection with employment matters, government investigations, and legal disputes.
 
Clients look to Porpoise for his ability to obtain creative resolutions while minimizing risk. He regularly handles employment disputes on behalf of his clients in matters arising under federal, state, and local laws, such as wage and hour, discrimination and contract claims, alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act, and the Fair Housing Act, as well as charges before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Florida Commission on Human Relations.
 
For clients with interests abroad, Porpoise conducts in-market risk assessments and designs and implements anti-bribery/anti-corruption programs for multinational companies subject to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), with an emphasis on compliance initiatives in sub-Saharan Africa. He also has extensive experience in securities litigation, including Financial Industry Regulatory Authority arbitrations.
 
Aleida Martinez-Molina represents clients in bankruptcy and insolvency matters in South Florida and New York. She prosecutes and defends adversary proceedings, provides expertise in the areas of bankruptcy discharge and preferences, and counsels other litigators on the intricacies of bankruptcy and insolvency practice.
 
Aleida’s experience has resulted in:
•                Appropriate guidance for small business debtor clients;
•                Swift dismissal of foreclosure-eve bankruptcies of hotel properties on behalf of lender clients;
•                Successful opposition of turnover of properties to debtor/owners of commercial properties on behalf of creditor clients;
•                Dismissal of abusive bankruptcy filings on behalf of condominium association and municipal clients;
•                Maximum recovery and code compliance for municipal and government entity clients.
 
Aleida also serves as general and special counsel to entities in the hospitality and transportation industry. She represents associations and government entities concerning condominium and association law. Her clients include large condominium associations, major hotel franchisees, cruise lines, freight forwarders, and European and Latin American air carriers.
 
Aleida is bilingual in Spanish and English. She is conversant in Brazilian Portuguese and French, having represented foreign governments, government-owned entities and multinational corporations throughout her career. Her experience abroad includes working as a French to English translator in Belgium.
