This live and recorded web based CLE will provide an overview of cyber threats facing law firms, such as who might attack a law firm and the vulnerabilties that may exist. Panelists will discuss the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and will review the NIST framwork from a legal perspective. This seminar is an opportunity to hear advice from industry leaders on how to develop and implement a plan for improving cybersecurity in a law firm.
