This seminar is designed for practicing California “lemon law” attorneys, automotive industry in-house attorneys, and attorneys who are looking to transition into the lemon law field. The program will provide a comprehensive overview of the current state of the law in California, with a focus on the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. The presenters include an in-house auto manufacturer’s attorney, a lemon law plaintiff’s attorney, and a judge who previously worked as a defense attorney for auto manufacturers and dealerships and who has tried over two dozen lemon law cases. Among the many important topics addressed by the panelists, you will hear the Bench’s perspective on how to persuasively present your case at trial as a plaintiff’s attorney and how to put on an effective defense.
