At West LegalEdcenter, we stand behind our programs, our service and you, our customers. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a program you selected, and you have not received a Certificate of Completion, we will exchange it for you or issue a full refund within 180 days of purchase. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Exchanges and Returns

If you wish to exchange or return a program within 180 days of purchase in which a Certificate of Completion was not issued, simply contact us at 1.800.495.9378. Please note that refunds may take up to five business days to process.

We are unable to issue exchanges or refunds for programs where a Certificate of Completion has been issued or your access has expired. We do, however, want to know if you are unhappy with the quality of a program. In these instances, please email our Quality Assurance Department at content@westlegaledcenter.com.

Finally, please note that subscription sales to West LegalEdcenter are non-refundable.
