It's sound business advice to get online, and to promote your practice. But, what happens if people start to say some not-so-nice things about you? How do you protect your online reputation against those who would assail it?
This presentation will review the current online landscape, including an uncovering of the ways in which potential clients and others access negative information about you and your business. Most importantly, various strategies for managing negative online information will be addressed, including: creating and maintaining an effective web presence and utilizing search engine optimization techniques.
