This program addresses major due diligence issues when considering an investment in the national security space.  Our speakers will highlight some of the areas that companies must consider. 

Some of these areas of due diligence, such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), are part of the checklist for any acquisition, but the due diligence needs may be particularly acute for companies involved in national security.  Other due diligence areas, such as in the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), are even more unique to companies in the national security space.  Join our panel of speakers as they discuss current issues in contracting affecting national security.
