One of the few litigators in the country whose entire practice is dedicated to handling e-discovery issues, Mr. Fowlers experience spans over a decade and includes hundreds of matters, including some of recent history's largest electronic document productions. His insight into defensible approaches to e-discovery is informed by his deep experience defending corporations against attacks on their e-discovery compliance and on pursuing and defending claims of evidence spoliation.
