The panel will include five diverse speakers, including those with plaintiff, defense and insurance perspectives, along with diversity as per ABA Goal IX. The program will emphasize two law firms and a corporation that are successfully utilizing billing methods other than the "traditional hourly method to both increase revenue and quality of life for the lawyers at
these firms. The program will focus not just on the theoretical debate surrounding the topic,
including the law student perspective, but more specifically on how the transition to other billing models has been successful.
