Description:

In the past year, K. Nathaniel Yeager has been named new Health Care Fraud Chief at the U.S. Attorney's Office. The Massachusetts Attorney General's Office also recently named George Zachos the new Medicaid Fraud Control Unit Chief. Course attendees will receive insight and strategies for addressing and self-disclosing problems to the government to avoid criminal investigation and prosecution.
