In the past year, K. Nathaniel Yeager has been named new Health Care Fraud Chief at the U.S. Attorney's Office. The Massachusetts Attorney General's Office also recently named George Zachos the new Medicaid Fraud Control Unit Chief. Course attendees will receive insight and strategies for addressing and self-disclosing problems to the government to avoid criminal investigation and prosecution.
This program presents a unique opportunity to hear from both of these "new sheriffs" as well as defense and in-house practitioners who speak to a wide variety of current Health Care Fraud issues.
