1. Use of West LegalEdcenter Content
You acknowledge that the West LegalEdcenter Content (the "Content") displayed or available at the West LegalEdcenter Web site (the "Site") contains information and other material that are protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights of West Group or other third-party content providers. You agree to comply with any and all restrictions regarding any and all of the Content. No Content from this Site may be copied, republished, uploaded or otherwise distributed. Notwithstanding, you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, noncommercial use, as long as all copyright and other proprietary notices remain intact and are prominently displayed. You may not sublicense, transfer or otherwise make available any Content to any third party for commercial purposes or financial gain or use the Content in any other media or in any other location. You may not alter or modify the Content in any way.

2. Termination of Access to West LegalEdcenter Content
West Group's licensors and suppliers reserve the right, at their discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Content at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability. West Group's licensors and suppliers may change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspect of the Content, including the availability, without prior notice or liability.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties
Neither West Group nor its licensors or suppliers warrants that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free. West Group and its licensors and suppliers make no warranty, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, and specifically disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement with respect to the Site and/or Content. The availability of the Content depends on many factors, including West Group's connection to the Internet, a customer's connection to the internet, the availability of the Internet and the Internet backbone, and equipment that, by its nature, is not fault tolerant. West Group and its licensors make no guarantee of access to or accuracy of the Content. You expressly assume the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Site and the accuracy or completeness of the Content including, without limitation, any information about state CLE requirements.

4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall West Group or its licensors or suppliers have any liability for any lost profits or lost data or costs of procurement of substitute goods or services or content, or for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, however caused or under any theory of liability. These limitations shall apply whether or not West Group or its licensors or suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damage. You agree that the foregoing limitation of liability represents a reasonable allocation of risk. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

5. Westlaw Usage
All usage of Westlaw as a result of linkage from West LegalEdcenter is governed by the terms of the applicable Westlaw subscriber agreement. Users are responsible for all Westlaw fees generated when linking from West LegalEdcenter.

6. Click-Wrap Agreement

7. West LegalEdcenter Guarantee
At West LegalEdcenter, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customers.  If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the program you selected, and you have not received a Certificate of Completion, we will exchange it for you or issue a full refund.  Your satisfaction is important to us.

Exchanges and Returns
If you wish to exchange or return a program within 180 days of purchase in which a Certificate of Completion was not issued, simply contact us at 1.800.495.9378.  We are unable to issue exchanges or refunds for programs where a Certificate of Completion has been issued.  We do, however, want to know if you are unhappy with the quality of a program.  In these instances, please email our Quality Assurance Department at content@westlegaledcenter.com. Please note that refunds may take up to five business days to process.
