Online MCLE Rule Summary: Attorneys must complete 10 credits, including 2 professional responsibility, per reporting period. Up to 5 credits, including specialty credits, may be earned online at West LegalEdcenter as distance learning legal education. West LegalEdcenter on-demand programs at westlegaledcenter.com or CLE Mobile and live simultaneous Webcasts are both considered distance learning in Nebraska.

Previously Recorded Programs: Up to 5 distance learning credits may be satisfied with previously recorded audio or video programs at westlegaledcenter.com or CLE Mobile.

Live Webcast Programs: Up to 5 distance learning credits may be satisfied with live Webcasts.
