The passing of AB 1825 in late 2004 made headlines across the country, as it required employers with 50 or more employees to provide two hours of training and education to all supervisory employees once every two years. Compliance departments everywhere took note, as this law was the first of its kind to provide detailed requirements for effective compliance training.
