Description: Its a worst-case scenario: they have your client on tape. His phone was tapped, or a cooperator recorded their conversations. Its hard to imagine more devastating evidence -- but is the case really as air-tight as it seems? A veteran former prosecutor provides strategies for finding and exploiting weaknesses in the recorded evidence. From litigating admissibility, to building jury arguments through effective cross examination, this lecture offers a head start in your fight against seemingly insurmountable odds.
