Description: This episode will cover the arbitration process beginning with how to prepare and file claims, and review thoughts on picking an arbitrator (or arbitrators). From there we will cover preparing for the preliminary conference with the arbitrator. Understanding the Order that will flow from the preliminary conference and knowing what to ask for or have considered. We will review some thoughts on discovery requests and motion practice as well as types of awards as well as a few other miscellaneous matters that may be covered during the preliminary conference.
