Due to the complexity and potential costs of cyber insurance coverage disputes, insurers and many insureds have looked to mediation as a way to contain costs. Panelists will discuss the factors to consider and next steps to take when cases don't settle. This seminar will provide an opportunity to hear experts recent case studies and offer their thoughts on how to best mediate a dispute.
