In this webinar, Henry Hadad, Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel-Intellectual Property, Bristol-Myers Squibb, will examine how the new contested proceedings at the USPTO affect monetizing pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device patents through litigation, licensing, and sale of patent assets. He will also review the guidelines for patent eligible subject matter based on recent Supreme Court decisions and other trends and developments in the business of IP.
