This program presents a unique opportunity to hear from federal and state prosecutors and regulators on new approaches and developments in the area of healthcare fraud enforcement. Among other things, the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services will address its use of predictive analytics to real-time assessment of health claims and the head of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office Medicaid Fraud Division will discuss trends in state enforcement. Complementing these speakers will be defense and in-house practitioners who will respond to these thoughts and provide insights on a wide variety of current issues in federal and state healthcare fraud enforcement, including private fraud audits and investigations being conducted by insurance companies.
