Most lawyers go to the office and work on their current matters without regard for their future, without a plan, without goals to work toward achieving. This session will discuss why it is important to have a plan, why those who do plan are more likely to succeed and what your plan should look like. The bottom line is your success, however you define that term, and how to achieve that success most easily.
The following will be addressed:
Why lawyers should plan
Components of a good plan
Who should be involved in the planning process
Reviewing and modifying the plan
