Description: Patent litigation involving non-practicing entitles (NPE) is developing into a major issue in the intellectual property community. But has the rise of the defensive patent aggregator helped to counter the NPE threat or has it simply compounded the problem? We will explore patent litigation of the NPE/Aggregator environment from the perspective of the patent litigator, in-house counsel and the academician. Among the viewpoints being explored:
