Description: This CLE goes through the process of a 1983 False Arrest and Excessive Force case from beginning to end. We will discuss the Notice of Claim requirements, eligible criminal dispositions, life of a case, sample complaints, and the new United States Supreme Court case, Thompson v. Clark.

Presenter Bios
