Description: There are many forms of income available for support purposes other than W2 or 1099 income. Business income and perquisites, phantom income, highly compensated employees, lump sum settlements, gifts and the like all pose challenges for the practitioner when presenting all forms of income available for support to a court.
Learn how to identify these tricky forms of income and how best to present them. Specific examples will be provided as well as best practices when presenting evidence of these forms of income in a support hearing.
