This program examines the basics of legal malpractice claims together with related ethical considerations. Practical advice for anticipating, mitigating and surviving cyber crises will be explored. Cyber-based causes of action, common defenses and jurisdictional considerations will be discussed as well as risk management techniques and best practices. Both newly admitted and experienced attorneys, from solo practitioners to those in national firms, will benefit from the real world tools provided.
