As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Cuneo’s time as a successful litigator, law firm partner and business development leader provides unique perspective and valuable insights into guiding Lexicon and its all-in-one practice management software suite and wide range of legal support services.
 
Possessing an exemplary legal career, Mr. Cuneo’s executive experience stems from his tenure as a litigation attorney and ascending to the position of Client Development, Affiliates, and Acquisitions partner at one of the United States’ largest domestic litigation law firms.
 
Mr. Cuneo is a frequent content contributor and has appeared on various media outlets discussing numerous issues affecting domestic relations. He is a prominent speaker and has presented to fellow attorneys at CLE seminars regarding numerous family law topics.
He’s currently licensed in the states of Illinois, Missouri, and North Carolina.
 
Mr. Cuneo obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Tampa. He received his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law.
 
 
Ms. Ruttan-Bates eight-year tenure with Lexicon has seen her ascend to the top leadership position of the company’s Legal Operations & Training team. Currently serving as Lexicon’s Director of Legal Operations & Training, Sarah’s operational skills and passion for leading, educating, and developing others serve as the foundation for managing a supervisory team that oversees 78+ legal staff team members across the United States and United Kingdom. Her direct accountability extends to developing all training programs for company-wide initiatives as well as guiding all service offerings for legal operations, budget management, and serve in project management roles for multiple law firm initiatives.
 
Prior to joining Lexicon, she progressively held litigation, project, and paralegal management roles during an eight-year stint with a St. Louis, MO-based plaintiff’s litigation firm with offices in Illinois, Missouri, and Florida.
 
Ms. Ruttan-Bates’ education and training was completed at Lindenwood University (St. Charles, MO) with a degree in Criminal Justice/Legal Studies
