Description: Mediation has become an integral part of every litigation practice. In this one-hour webinar, Robert Jossen, an experienced mediator, arbitrator, and trial lawyer, discusses many of the critical aspects of the mediation process, starting with how to maintain confidentiality in the mediation.

Mr. Jossen enjoys an outstanding reputation among the Bench and Bar and has been a respected leader in the New York Legal Community for many years.  He is a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers.  He is Vice-Chair of the College’s New York Downstate Committee. He is trained as an Arbitrator and Mediator, and has written on numerous legal issues, including arbitration.
