For almost forty years, in various capacities that run the gamut from large-firm partner and practice group leader to the founder of a nationally recognized litigation boutique firm, Fred has dedicated himself almost exclusively to representing a broad spectrum of plaintiffs and intellectual property owners and claim holders.
Fred brings to the courtroom his to-the-point communication skills honed through years of experience as a national television commentator.
