Description: Autonomous Vehicles are no longer just the future—they are the present. This new technology will introduce a number of legal and regulatory challenges. In this presentation, we will consider new federal and state regulation and licensing of vehicles, determinations of liability, and a revolution in infrastructure. In addition, we will identify the open legal questions and consider the effects of this technology on insurance, real-estate, and more. Join Avi D. Kelin, Esq., Chair of the Autonomous Vehicle Law Practice at Genova Burns LLC to learn more about autonomous vehicles and the important legal issues surrounding this technology.

Avi D. Kelin is Counsel in the Firm's Newark, NJ office and Chair of the Autonomous Vehicle Law Practice.
