Dan has spent more than 30 years of his legal and accounting career working with the insurance industry, where he has extensive experience handling transactional work, general regulatory and government relationships in multiple jurisdictions, and litigation and oversight. Dan has also drafted insurance policies and previously taught Insurance Law at The John Marshall Law School.
Dan is a member of the Federation of Regulatory Counsel (“FORC”) and is a much sought after writer and speaker on insurance, cyber, privacy and risk management.
