Description: As employers navigate the “new normal” when workplaces reopen, lawyers’ ethical obligations are likely to arise more frequently due to financial pressures and increased tension in the workplace. This webinar examines situations that are likely to arise and provides reminders of the ethical framework lawyers must navigate in a changing workplace, including a discussion on ABA Rules such as fees (Rule 1.5), joint representation (Rule 1.7), lawyer responsibility (Rule 5.1) and unauthorized practice of law (Rule 5.5).
