Description: Trials are often won or lost based on the jurors selected. Tom Jackson and Mike Ginsberg continue their trial skills series, this time focusing on the steps to successful jury selection. The program, which will help you select the right jurors, covers use of themes and analogies to weed out jurors with an unconscious bias against your client or your themes.

Presenter(s):
Thomas R. Jackson, Esq. is a former partner at Jones Day, from which he retired in 2016. He focused his practice on complex commercial litigation in the securities, intellectual property, and antitrust areas, and he also represented clients in a variety of commercial disputes.
