Description:
The number of patent infringement cases, consumer class actions, and other complex business lawsuits has grown significantly in recent years, as companies are being increasingly targeted as defendants. Practices are being put under the microscope by plaintiffs' attorneys and courts. Complex litigation and class actions can be expensive and time-consuming. When managed efficiently, excessive costs and unfavorable outcomes can be mitigated. Learn from attorneys who have litigated numerous complex matters and defended class actions, including complex industry-wide multi-district litigation. Attendees will learn strategies for successfully and effectively managing complex business matters, including class actions. These observations will not only help attorneys involved in the litigation, but also attorneys advising the business to mitigate risk even before the event giving rise to the action occurs.
This program is powered by Cisco WebEx. Use of a phone line is optional.
Certificates of Completion for Interactive Text programs will be issued to attendee accounts within 10 business days of program completion.
