This program is no longer available for CLE credits.
Active duty, Reserve and National Guard Judge Advocates are occasionally tasked to handle an Administrative Separation Board based on alleged misconduct of a service member.
Most of these boards are drug boards or based on a service members positive result on a routine unit urinalysis test. Some of these boards are based on other forms of misconduct.
This program is for attorneys who have never handled a board or those who would like a refresher on administrative board processes and procedures.
Part Two of a two-part webcast, this program will review the administrative board process and discuss strategies for success.
Part Two will address the following topics:
1) Preparing Witnesses;
2) Voir Dire;
3) Opening Statements;
4) Closing Statements;
5) Findings and Recommendations;
6) Suspended sentences.

West LegalEdcenter will not provide accreditation for states not listed.
