Alex Grimsley, Esq., a partner in the Phoenix office of Bryan Cave LLP, is a civil trial lawyer and appellate advocate with more than 20 years of experience before state and federal trial and appellate courts across the nation as well as a variety of arbitral organizations. Prosecuting trade secret claims in federal court, arbitrating international contract disputes, and defending multi-district class actions are all within his expertise. Mr. Grimsley has defended hundreds of class actions, multi-district proceedings and other mass litigations for companies and their directors, including leading companies in the consumer products, insurance, health care, flat glass, financial services and other industries.
