Monroe County Bar Association (NY)

The Monroe County Bar Association (MCBA) is a voluntary organization comprised of 2,200 + legal professionals in the greater Rochester, New York area. The MCBA is committed to improving the quality and accessibility of justice; promoting respect and understanding of the law; enhancing professional growth, fulfillment, excellence, collegiality and diversity among its members; and serving as a voice for the legal profession.

In addition the Monroe County Bar Association established a separate 501(c)(3) called the Monroe County Bar Center of Education. The Center for Education oversees the Academy of Law which is responsible for the entire CLE program for the bar. As a certified NYS provider of MCLE, the Academy of Law presents more than 50 programs annually.
