Lenne Espenschied Continuing Legal Education

Ms. Espenschied began legal practice with a large, national law firm and eventually worked as senior counsel for a Fortune 500 company. She practiced transactional law for over 20 years focusing on technology and intellectual property matters, and her deep and rich experience is reflected in her writing and her seminars. She is the author of two books published by the American Bar Association: CONTRACT DRAFTING: Powerful Prose in Transactional Practice (ABA Fundamentals 2010); and The Grammar and Writing Handbook for Lawyers (ABA Fundamentals 2011). Her passion is helping younger lawyers develop the skills they need to be successful in transactional practice.

Ms. Espenschied was a professor at Charlotte School of Law and an adjunct professor at the University of Georgia School of Law. She taught commercial law, contracts, and contract drafting.
