With legislation pending from the Obama administration regarding the repeal of the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act, and the nation's capital likely to become the latest jurisdiction where gays and lesbians can legally wed, West LegalEdcenter now offers programming by the National LGBT Bar Association presented by Celesq® AttorneysEd Center on gender-based diversity issues.
Three continuing legal education programs are currently available on demand at WestLegalEdcenter.com:

With recent filings in the Boies/Olson suit and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts challenging DOMA on 10th Amendment grounds, Federal courts are becoming central to the same-sex marriage issue.

Each program is an LGBT Bar Association event presented by Celesq and provides 1.5 total CLE credits in numerous jurisdictions.
