Description:

About this Conference

The 22nd Annual ERISA Litigation Conference
October 22-23, 2009
Venetian / Palazzo Congress Center – Las Vegas, NV
The 22nd Annual Conference examines ERISA Litigation as employer stock cases, 401(k) fee suits and ERISA preemption challenges continue to proliferate in the courts.

This year’s distinguished faculty will examine two key Supreme Court decisions: (1) LaRue v Dewoff Boberg & Associates, Inc., in which the Supreme Court spoke definitively on participant standing in defined contribution plan cases, and (2) Metropolitan Life Ins. Co. v. Glenn, which left many questions unanswered about the standard of review in benefits claim litigation.

This is the place to put all the recent rulings in perspective and assess how they will affect your actions and operations in the year ahead.

Hotel Information
Please contact the Palazzo Hotel Reservations Department at (877) 283-6423 and identify yourself as an attendee of the ERISA Litigation conference by October 2, 2009 to receive the special group rate of $179 per night for a Luxury Suite (Run of Hotel). All rooms are subject to availability.
