The program analyzes the most important insurance law cases decided in recent months. The program does more than summarize the facts and holdings of leading cases. It explains how each case fits into the law's development, how it applies in other contexts, and how lawyers can attack or distinguish the case. The program analyzes cases cited within the case under discussion and, in some instances, the social or political background of the case.
Power Point slides are arranged in the order that I discuss the cases in the program. So that listeners don't have to remember the exact names of the cases I give each case a nickname that appears at the top of the Power Point slide.
