This one-hour presentation will discuss how consulting experts prepare for and participate at matters in litigation and insurance claim disputes in ways that maximize the outcomes of their participation. The presentation will discuss the tasks that are employed during various stages of the engagement and litigation process, and will include discussion of inspections, incorporation of scientific literature, testing, and Daubert requirements.
Early expert participation in case strategy and management will also be discussed, as well as principles for scheduling, budgeting, and project communications.
