Securing data and maintaining information privacy are always crucial during litigation proceedings, and these goals demand adherence to several best practices. This session will be a behind-the-scenes look at trends in the eDiscovery marketplace, as well as the business drivers for sound data collection methodologies, data privacy tools and information management best practices.
