Injuries happen every day on someone elses property, but who is liable for the damages? In negligent security cases, it is only necessary that the landowner be able to foresee that some injury will likely result as a result of his negligence. But is it REALLY that simple? Yes and no.
That's why Spencer Aronfeld will bring his experience and knowledge to shed light on the subject. Aronfeld will discuss how to determine foreseeabilitity, understanding critical issues that concern negligent security cases, balancing common law and statuatory duties, and much more.
