Our panel of department leaders will share practical advice on such topics as how to continue to motivate valuable individual contributors who don't wish to take on management responsibilities, identifying human resource skills that are essential for motivating lawyers, ways to deal with the overload of work when no more resources are available, and how to develop leaders - both within yourself and in those who report to you.
