Tips and Strategies for Trying an Employment Case to a Jury

While employment laws vary significantly from state to state and while employment litigation issues can cover a wide variety of topics, there remain certain consistent factors as to what jurors want to hear in these cases.  From jury selection to witnesses, this presentation will allow litigators to present their best possible case to the best possible panel of jurors.  We will work toward this goal by understanding what influences jurors opinions in employment matters and what questions need to be answered for a juror to reach a satisfactory psychological verdict in this type of case.
