Clifford E. Haines, is the Founder of Haines & Associates in Philadelphia. Mr. Haines, a Past President of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, is a member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and The American College of Trial Lawyers in recognition of the sizeable awards he has won for several of his clients. He also has received the prestigious Roscoe Pound Foundation Award for Excellence in Teaching Trial Advocacy. An Adjunct Professor at Temple University School of Law, Mr. Haines teaches Introduction to Trial Advocacy and Advanced Trial Advocacy and previously served as the Director of the law school's Academy of Advocacy. Mr. Haines also lectures for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy as well as other CLE organizations and has been active in the Philadelphia Bar Association and American Bar Association.
Peter J. Hoffman is a Member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Professional Liability Group at Eckert Seamans in Philadelphia. He focuses his practice on professional liability matters primarily in medical and legal malpractice, commercial litigation, construction, products liability, toxic torts and insurance coverage. Mr. Hoffman was a shareholder in the firm of McKissock & Hoffman, P.C. An appointee to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Civil Procedural Rules Committee, he also practices before a number of administrative agencies including the Insurance Department and Medical Board. Mr. Hoffman is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law, and has written and co-authored numerous articles and chapters in textbooks.
