Description:
The Symposium focuses on a variety of topics currently relevant to intellectual property law and will feature two panel debates and brief presentations from each of the panelists. The event is designed to appeal to practitioners, academics, and students alike.
The second panel will address strategies and copyright-related issues for digital music distribution, and will include representatives from the RIAA, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, major music groups, and private practice. The digital music panel will be moderated by Professor David Lange of Duke Law.
